How can I redeem a Creative Kids Voucher with you?You can redeem your voucher(s) with us and encourage your child to develop new skills. Use the code CKIDS21 in the section "Enter a coupon code" to apply the $100 discount to your cart. Email us the voucher on academysfk@gmail.com straight away. Once your voucher is verified with Service NSW, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment. You can apply for your voucher via the Service NSW website

What to pack in my child’s bag?Parents are required to pack lunch and afternoon tea and drinks for their child/ren. Please ensure that it is nuts free. The meals might be warmed up if needed. We will be there to supervise the children at each meal. Every child should have a hat for outdoor. Please make sure that they have sunscreen on before arriving.

What will my child do at Camp? Sample daily schedule.A Camp day runs from 9am to 3:30pm Drop off time is from 8:30am and pick up is between 3:30 and 4:00pm 8:30 - Check-in and free time - great time to meet new friends! 9:00 - Introduction and presentation of the course 9:30 - Lessons or labs 10:30 - Morning Snack and Activity Break (provided from home) 10:45 - Lessons or labs 12:30 - Lunch (provided from home) 12:50pm - outdoors Games and Activities 1:20 pm - Return to labs 15:00 pm - Wrapping up the day. Group discussion. 15:30pm - Free time

Can you tell me more about the supervision SFK provides?We have a student to counselor supervision ratio of 10:1 which is compliant with all The National Quality Framework requirements. Our counselors are at least 20 years old and have completed training through SFK as well as receiving their First Aid and WWCC certification.

What qualifications do your staff have?Being accredited endorses the SFK’s efforts to actively pursue the highest level of child safety in our organisation and is highlighted by: - Australian Childhood Foundation - Our rigorous and robust recruitment, screening and induction process, where everyone working or engaged at the SFK must have a valid Working with Children Check (NSW) and First Aid - Comprehensive and ongoing training and professional development - An environment which is child friendly but limits an opportunity for a child or young person to be harmed.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the commencement of a camp will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to the camp will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the camp fee. There’ll be no credit or refunds provided if you cancel within seven business days of your camp start date. Refunds will not be given for partial attendance.
