Digital Illustration and Introduction to Traditional Animation with Photoshop Camp Duration: 2 days 26 and 27 September 2022 Drop off from 8:30 AM Pick up until 4:00 PM Recommended age : 10 - 13 years old Location: Randwick NSW 2031 Learn how to create beautiful illustrations using Photoshop and Wacom drawing tablets. Learn the principles of the traditional frame by frame animation. In this course, students will discover the fundamentals of digital illustration, character creation and composition while creating their artwork using Photoshop and Wacom drawing tablets. Introduction to traditional animation with Photoshop. Animate a 2D character and create an animated avatar in GIF format frame by frame. What Students Learn • Basics of the software interface and everything it can offer you as an illustrator • Character creation and composition • Different ways to use colour in Photoshop • Use Wacom drawing tablets to create art • Study along with simple instructions & demonstrations What Students Create • Several digital illustrations using Photoshop and Wacom tablet • Series of GIFs applying each of the principles of animation learned in the course. After completing the course students will receive a link to an online gallery to download their artworks. All equipment is provided by SFK Academy!
