Game Design • Term 4, 2022 I 17 October - 12 December | 9 weeks I Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:45pm - 5:15pm • Age: 9 - 12 • Location: Lycee Condorcet Maroubra • All equipment and software provided by SFK Academy • Small groups: 10 students per class only. Limited spots! This course offers a great introduction to the principles of game design, coding and publishing. Intro. to Game Design course gives you a great taste of what it's like to design a video game and discover what makes a game 'fun'. Students will discover the world of game development and learn key game design principles including game theory, character creation, digital storytelling, and publishing. You’ll build and customise game elements and practice problem-solving.
